My Requirements

I have an adorable, healthy and content 3 month old son, and I am looking for a reliable co-caregiver to join us in our home 3 days per week between 9 -5pm. The rest of the days are covered by grandparents whose time is flexible.

We work at home and will usually always be available. What matters most to us is the right character and the right energy. Teaching qualifications or formal credentials are a bonus.

Our son is calm, lovable, quietly alert and thriving. He naps and feeds well, settles easily in his cot, and enjoys being held, gently rocked and spoken to softly. Our home dynamic is peaceful, trusting and spacious. We value a calm and aligned atmosphere.

We would love to find someone, based in Cambridge, who enjoys spending time with a baby of this age and who may be open to building a longer-term relationship with our family over time.
