Scammer!

I had a very distressing experience with this babysitter and would not recommend her for infant care.

She initially committed to working for several days but backed out after the first day after I had already returned from work. During her shift, my baby was not given milk for over six hours. When questioned, she said she tried, but none of the feeders had even been sterilised, which I could also see on the home camera.

My baby also became unwell with diarrhoea and needed medical treatment. I still have the prescriptions and documents. She also did not put the baby to sleep even once during the shift and at one point switched off the home cameras, which left me extremely worried.

In addition, despite claiming experience with babies, she showed very little understanding of how to handle an infant. ( in an interview she agreed to follow routine but didn’t practice any )

There were also issues regarding payment. We had agreed on an hourly rate during a call and interview the day before she started, but she later denied it. Thankfully I had audio recordings confirming the agreed rate. She then sent messages threatening to report me for non-payment and used inappropriate language when I reminded her of the agreement. She had no answers for her poor care and services.

Despite everything, I still paid the amount.Left 20p rightfully, for extremely poor services and backing out last min.

Overall, this was a very upsetting experience and I would strongly advise other parents to be cautious.She is dangerously dangerous.

Very unprofessional

We had been in contact with this person since 2 weeks now, She committed multiple times to have a wee visit to our place hence every time we waited and She didn’t show up once! Neither she responds to msgs in appropriate time limit. I would say she has been a pure time waster. Be careful floks!

I have over 15 years working with various families all who are willing to provide references for me . So discard this disgruntled user who has never met me and whose correspondence is in terrible English (until now) and wanted to hire me immediately, even without interview ,for their baby daughter which is unprofessional on their part. No stranger should be watching a child without vetting and interview! I have all correspondence to prove my point and do not accept this off hand review with no substance or basis. these individuals also tried to get me to meet ( after I refused the position without an interview) at 21:30pm at night ! this screamed dangerous and scam to me and therefor I have chosen not to meet these people.
