Hello, I’m Pam, a calm and highly experienced Family Support Specialist with a professional background in maternity care.

I provide gentle, practical support to families during the early weeks with a newborn and beyond. My focus is on helping parents feel confident, settled and well supported in their own home during what can be a beautiful but overwhelming transition.

Families often describe my presence as reassuring, organised and quietly confidence-building. I work respectfully alongside existing care plans and aim to create a calm, well supported home environment for both parents and baby.

I particularly enjoy supporting first time parents, busy professional families and those who would value an experienced, discreet extra pair of hands in the early days.
