Hello my name is Sarah. I am Ofsted registered as a childminding assistant.l ( Little roots Big me childminding) I am very passionate about making children feel safe and nurtured secure and valued. The plan is, to be working with my friend at her house offering a home-from-home environment where children can flourish.
I have DBS check in progress. I hold level 3 childcare diploma and a level 3 paediatric first aid qualification and have safeguarding and EYFS knowledge. I also hold level 3 in Elklan in speech and language. I have 10 years experience in childcare but also have experience from my own 5 children of over 23 years.
I look forward to working closely with families and building trusting relationships with both children and parents.
My Experience
I have 10 years experience room lead role for almost 2 years. Speech and language. This is a real passion for me due to my first born being born with a cleft lip and palate. I have experience with Sen children too and working closely with outside agencies. I hold level 3 diploma in childcare and have level 3 in Elklan speech and language. I also have completed a foundation course on BSL too.
