Management demonstrates clear curriculum vision and has effectively addressed pandemic impacts on children's language development through targeted support. Staff encourage children's independence and maintain excellent relationships with parents, who speak highly of how well their children settle. However, inspectors identified that staff interactions could be enhanced to better extend children's learning through more effective questioning and conversation techniques.
