About Me
My name is Kristiana (or Kris for short), I have a lot of experience with SEND, specifically ASD, ADHD and mood disorders as well as learning and intellectual disabilities in children and young adults. I work full time as a researcher but would be happy to help any family with children older than 4 years old over the weekend or if you're wanting a night for yourself or with your partner.
My Experience
I worked with SEND children and young adults for about 7 years, both volunteering and through paid work. I am trained in Positive Behaviour Support, Occupational Therapy, Specialist Education and aspects of Speech and Language Therapy. I am also trained in CALM, which is a way to reduce the need for restrictive practices when behaviours that challenge arise, but also to safely use restrictive practices when all else fails.
My Qualifications
I am a certified first aider. I also have a degree in Psychology.
My Availability
I am available after 6 on weekdays and on weekends.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
My fees are negotiable. We can work together to find what suits both you and me.
