About Me
Hi. I'm Emma and a Mummy to four children aged 8 years and under. I am asked almost weekly if I am a childminder or babysitter so it got me thinking... because there are quite a few of us, i would be looking to babysit in my own home after 6pm however i'm happy to look after your little one at your home during the day.
I'm not yet a registered childminder but am seeing whether it's something I want to pursue so am currently offering babysitting. This may suit some people better.
I am nurturing, reliable and trustworthy person.
Because I have children, there are lots of toys and fun activities available as well as baby gates, safety features, toddler toilet facilities etc.
We are an animal loving home and have three beautiful, friendly and gentle cats. I am Enhanced DBS checked as of January 2026.
I have lots of lovely parks and playgrounds nearby that i frequent with my children and there are local children's centres and baby and toddler activities nearby.
My Experience
I'm a Mum of four children aged 8 and under. I currently pick up a friends child from nursery and drop her home on a weekly basis due to her parents work commitments. The more the merrier as my children enjoy the company of other children.
My Qualifications
I don't have any childcare qualifications as I have gone the academic route but i'm a people person having worked in a variety of roles in travel as well as most recently Law Enforcement.
My Availability
I am available during the day after I've dropped my children at school but if you are local and need help at other times we can discuss this. Can help at weekends if required.
