With a unique background spanning both healthcare and education, I bring a level of safety and developmental insight rarely found in a home setting.
My career began in education as a Senior Teaching Assistant in a Special Needs school (4 years), where I utilised my degree in Applied Education Studies to support complex learning needs. I later retrained as a nurse, gaining experience in high-pressure environments including Major Trauma, Palliative Care and School Nursing.

With a rich blend of personal and professional experience, I bring a calm confidence that comes from living this world every day. That lived experience strengthens everything I do in my professional practice. Across my 16 year nursery career, I’ve supported children from babies through to preschoolers. My knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) influences my ability to create safe, engaging, and developmentally rich spaces.
