My Experience

I have over 11 years of hands-on experience caring for children through raising my own four children, aged between 2 and 11 years old. This has given me experience supporting children at different stages of development, from babies and toddlers through to school-aged children.

Through parenting, I have developed a strong understanding of children’s emotional, social and developmental needs. I have experience helping children build confidence, encouraging positive behaviour, supporting learning through play and creating fun daily routines in a safe and nurturing environment.

I enjoy planning activities that help children explore their surroundings, use their imagination and develop new skills. I understand the importance of patience, communication and providing children with a caring environment where they feel secure, valued and happy.

My experience as a mum has taught me how every child is unique and develops at their own pace, and I love supporting children as they learn, grow and become more independent.

My Qualifications

I have completed my training with an agency and now registered.
Through this training, I have developed knowledge and skills in child development, safeguarding, health and safety, the EYFS framework and creating a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

My training has helped me build strong foundations in supporting children’s learning through play, promoting positive behaviour and planning activities that encourage confidence, creativity and exploration.

Alongside my training, I also have valuable hands-on experience from raising my own four children, giving me practical knowledge of caring for children of different ages and stages of development.
