Private Teacher / Governess – Live-Out Role (Monaco)

A private family based in Monaco is seeking an exceptional, rigorous and highly organised home learning teacher to support two bright girls aged 6 and 8.

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching within leading London prep schools and a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum. We are looking for a proactive, hardworking and structured educator who is committed to helping the girls flourish academically and maintain pace with UK academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured lessons aligned with the UK curriculum (English, Maths and core subjects)
Ensure strong academic progression and identify and address any learning gaps
Organise and manage the girls’ day-to-day learning schedule
Create engaging and enriching educational activities
Support the development of excellent manners, behaviour and positive values
Provide regular feedback to parents on progress and attainment
Work collaboratively alongside the mother to ensure consistency in academic and personal development
In addition, the role includes:

Supporting the girls’ bedtime routine
Occasional babysitting
Assisting with maintaining structured daily routines
Occasional light PA duties related to the children (scheduling activities, coordinating tutors/extracurriculars, organising school-related matters)
The opportunity to travel with the family during holidays as required
