My Requirements
I am looking for a childminder who is accommodating to parents who work shifts e.g. Police Officer, Construction, Prison Officer, Carers etc.
The right candidate would need to be committed to start times as early as 06:30 due to shifts commencing at 7:00am. Shifts vary through Monday to Friday so each week would not look the same e.g you could be needed one week on a Monday and Wednesday, the following week it could be Thursday Friday due to shifts and business needs.
The right provider would care for the child between 06:30 until drop off at pre-school/School. Driving and having your own car with business insurance is vital for this role.
