Looking to move my daughter (whos 2 in August) out of nursery and into childminders or potentially a nanny.

I’d like someone with lots references and lots of experience. I’d also like them to take the children out on day trips.

She currently does 4 days a week with Wednesdays off but this day can be swapped with another day. Ideally dropped off at 8am but could possibly change that
