1. Core Childcare Responsibilities
Safety & Security: Ensuring a safe environment indoors and outdoors, including baby-proofing and active supervision.
Daily Routine Management: Managing bath, dressing, and bedtime/nap routines.
Nutritious Meal Prep: Planning, preparing, and feeding healthy meals and snacks.
Educational Activities: Organizing age-appropriate, stimulating, and educational activities (e.g., arts & crafts, reading, outdoor play) without screen time.
Hygiene & Care: Changing nappies, potty training assistance, and maintaining good hygiene habits.
Support & Development: Supporting emotional, social, and intellectual growth, assisting with homework, and managing school/nursery runs.

2. Light Housekeeping (Child-Related)
Nursery Duties: Keeping children’s bedrooms and play areas tidy and organized.
Laundry: Washing, drying, ironing, and folding children’s clothes and school uniforms.
Kitchen Care: Cleaning up after cooking for the children and keeping the kitchen tidy.

3. Qualifications & Experience
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of paid, professional childcare experience.
First Aid/CPR: Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (non-negotiable for safety).
Background Check: An Enhanced DBS check (or similar, such as a state background check) required.
Education: Background in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Nanny certification, or a related field is a plus.
Driving: A clean, valid driving license and a safe, reliable vehicle for daily
