Our baby was with her for around two months, and we had a very positive experience. She was caring, attentive and always listened to any specific needs or requests we had. We felt our baby was safe, happy and well cared for throughout. We would happily recommend her to other parents.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Our 1-year-old son did well during the settling-in sessions and we were told he was doing fine. Then, without proper warning, she suddenly said she could not care for him and asked us to collect him early.
The following day, after we had collected him, she sent us a text saying she had to cancel the contract. He had not eaten during the day and was very unsettled and distressed afterwards. This was especially surprising because he had previously spent around two months with another childminder and settled extremely well.
The way this was handled left us with no childcare at very short notice. As both of us are full-time professionals, this caused significant stress and disruption to our family, and our son was also clearly affected by the experience.
We expected much better communication and professionalism. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this childminder. Please be careful and make sure you fully understand the arrangements before committing.
