About Me
My name is Peps, an Ofsted Agency registered Childminder, a Children’s Safeguarding Advocate, a Community Educator, and a Life Coach for children and their parents. I also support families whose children are involved with the care system, helping them engage confidently with social services, schools, and other professionals.
I am a proud mother of three wonderful adult children— daughters (24, 22), and a son (20). I live with two of them in our warm and welcoming three bedroom semi-detached home in the BS4 area of South Bristol.
Together we Welcome you to “Peps Home” a nurturing, joyful, and inclusive Setting where children learn, explore, and celebrate the beauty of diversity. I create an environment where little ones feel safe, valued, curious, and connected.
Music is a big part of who I am; I love singing and dancing—so our days are filled with rhythm, movement, and musical play. Children in my care enjoy a lively, creative atmosphere that encourages confidence and self expression.
My Experience
With over 25 years of experience caring for children of all ages, I bring deep passion and commitment to child development, advocacy, and safeguarding. I have spent many years volunteering in Women’s Centres and Community Groups, empowering parents to overcome limiting beliefs, shift mindsets, and unlock their potential.
As a motivational speaker with an online community of over 30,000 engaged followers, I use my platforms to raise awareness about child safeguarding, parenting laws, cultural barriers, and the importance of equity, diversity, and inclusion. I also provide one to one Coaching sessions for families navigating the Social Care system.
After more than a decade working in the healthcare sector as a Business Manager and EDI Specialist, I made the bold decision to follow my true passion - “Child Advocacy, Childminding, and Child Safeguarding”. I am now fully dedicated to supporting families and helping children thrive in safe, loving, and empowering environments. I believe this work contributes to building a fairer and more inclusive society.
I love connecting with children from all backgrounds, and in partnership with parents to create meaningful, positive experiences. My goal is to work alongside families, share knowledge, and explore opportunities to make a lasting difference in the lives of children.

Tuesdays 8:00 - 18:00
Wednesdays 8:00 - 18:00
Thursdays 8:00 - 17:00

- Childminding from £10.00 per hour

These includes snacks, lunch, wipes, napkins and trips to playgroups, soft play and parks.
