About Me

Hi, I’m Ryan! I’m a Ofsted-registered enthusiastic childminder based in Greenbank, Bristol, where I run Little Honeybees Childminding with my assistant, Halle.

I have always loved working with children and watching their individual personalities, confidence and independence grow. After working in a forest school setting for three years, I knew I wanted to create a welcoming environment of my own where children could feel at home, enjoy the outdoors and have the freedom to explore.

I love nature and believe children learn best when they can get involved, get a little messy and discover things for themselves. Our days are filled with outdoor adventures at our allotment space, creative play and hands-on experiences. Most importantly, I want every child in my care to feel safe, happy, valued and free to be themselves.

My Experience

I have four years of experience working with young children, including one year in a nursery and three years as a childminding assistant in a forest school setting. I have also supported children with special educational needs, both on a one-to-one basis and as their key person.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, ICP certified and have completed paediatric first aid training, safeguarding and child protection training- giving me the knowledge and practical skills to provide safe, high-quality care for young children.

My Availability

I currently have spaces available every weekday, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

My Fees

  • Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
  • Childminding from £8.50 per hour

My standard fee is £8.50 per hour, and I accept government-funded childcare hours for eligible children. Any additional hours or charges will always be explained clearly in advance.
