We feel so lucky to have found Millie! From the very beginning, she has been absolutely brilliant with both us and our daughter. The forms she provided were so detailed and thoughtful, showing just how much she wanted to get to know our daughter and understand her individual needs.

The settling-in sessions went perfectly, and by the second settle, our daughter couldn’t wait to see Millie! We honestly thought it might take her a little while to settle, as she can sometimes find new situations difficult, but the transition has been so smooth and positive. We couldn’t have asked for a better start!

Millie has been so lovely, caring and reassuring throughout the whole process, and I can’t thank her enough for putting our minds at ease and making what could have been a worrying time feel so easy. It’s such a relief knowing our daughter is in such good hands. We would wholeheartedly recommend Millie to anyone looking for a wonderful, caring childminder!
