About Me
We’re a small, close-knit household in Notting Hill — me, my baby son Zachariah (Zachy), a warm home and we need a childminder who fits into that.
I’m a solo parent, and I am about to go back to full time work plus building my own food venture alongside looking after Zach, so I’m looking for someone reliable, genuinely good with babies, and comfortable creating a a family home environment away from home, that’s busy and utilised by other babies rather than a clinical environment.
Zak is 10.5 months, “just finding his feet and into absolutely everything. He needs someone patient, engaged, and warm, not just present.
What I’m looking for: Consistent hours, good communication, and someone who genuinely loves being around little ones. Experience matters, but warmth matters more
My Requirements
Start date immediately. Ideally I would prefer a childminder who is able to look after Zach full time fir 5 full days.
I qualify for 30 hours funded free hours as well as universal childcare element, od ideally like to use this alongside paying any additional costs such as hot meals ect.
Zach has no allergies that i am aware of. He has meals and snacks through the day. Someone who is going to take him on adventures & who encourages him to independently explore yet guide him when needed. The ideal candidate will be warm and nurturing yet has a sense of good morals and values who teaches that we are all equals, who should care and lookafter each other.
The person would need to be confident in delivering a healthy well balanced daily meal prep, prep day and afternoon activities according to age. Be trained in early years learning/ safegaurding/ first aid and health & safety.
