First time mum currently on maternity leave but planning for my return to work

When I return back from maternity I will be working 2 14 hr shifts back to back a week. This is a rolling shift moving throughout the week. So not the same days each week. I am looking for childcare that can accommodate for this. My partner will be able to collect my daughter after he finishes work in the evening.
