About Me
Hello, I am the heart behind Natural Learners Childcare.
I mainly care for children aged from 18 months onwards and offer funded places for 2, 3 & 4 year olds. I accept CCGPS for student finance and Tax free childcare.
I work with small groups, which allows me to give children more individual attention and a calmer alternative to larger day nurseries and school nursery settings.
I focus on school readiness, pre-school activities, outdoor play, home from home child-led and gentle routines.
With over 25 years of experience in childcare and a Level 5 qualification as an Early Years Lead Practitioner. I’m passionate about helping children understand sustainability and how we can care for the natural world around us. Outside of work, I enjoy art projects, gardening, DIY, walking and swimming.
I believe childhood should feel simple and unhurried — where learning happens naturally through play, connection and everyday life.
I’m so looking forward to welcoming families into a space where children feel safe, valued and free to explore at their own pace.
My Experience
My Experience in Childcare
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of early years and school settings, supporting children at different stages of their development.
My years of experience include working as a Nursery Practitioner in a private day nursery, as an After School Care Assistant in an elite private girls’ school, a Nursery Assistant within primary schools and a SEND Supervisor supporting children during the school day.
These roles have given me valuable insight into children’s learning, development and wellbeing, and have strengthened my passion for providing calm, nurturing care where every child feels supported and valued.
Returning to childminding, I’m excited to bring this experience into a small, nurturing environment where children can learn, explore and grow at their own pace.

We honestly couldn’t be happier with Nazima and the care she provides. My 2-year-old absolutely loves going to her setting, and as a parent, there is no better feeling than seeing your child so happy, settled and excited to go.
From the very beginning, I could tell that Nazima genuinely has a passion for working with children. She doesn’t just provide childcare; she really gets to know each child as an individual and takes the time to understand their needs, personality and interests. You can see how much she values the time she spends with them, and that really comes through in the care she provides.
I especially appreciate the effort she puts into finding unique, fun and creative ways to make my daughter’s time at the setting enjoyable while also helping her learn and develop. She gives her the quality one-to-one attention she needs, and I really value that personal connection.
It gives me such peace of mind knowing that when I leave my daughter, she is not only being well cared for but is genuinely enjoying herself, feeling comfortable and getting the attention and support she needs. Hearing about all the lovely things she does at the setting and seeing how excited she is to go makes me feel so reassured that we made the right choice.
Nazima is truly caring, dedicated and passionate about what she does, and I’m so grateful for the time and effort she puts into making my daughter’s experience so special. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent looking for someone who will care for their child with genuine kindness, patience and love. ❤️

Nazima has been nothing less than amazing with my daughter ! The whole environment is calm, extremely clean and educational my daughter loves her and her new friend she made there.

I cannot recommend Natural Learners highly enough! The setting is always exceptionally clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for learning and play.
What I love most is the focus on regular outdoor play and the small group environment. Having fewer children means my child gets plenty of individual attention tailored to their specific development, which has made a noticeable difference in their confidence and skills. It’s the perfect blend of a warm, home-from-home feel and an enriched educational space. We feel so lucky to have found this setting!
