About Me

Hellooo and welcome to Lottie’s Little Loves Childminding!

My name is Charlotte, and I live in Weymouth with my little girl who is 2 and our cat coconut.I am an Ofsted registered childminder and new to the Weymouth area.

A little bit about me

Before moving into childcare, I worked as cabin crew for eight years. While I loved the experience, I wanted a more rewarding and family-focused career, so I began working at a nursery in 2023. During this time, I completed my Level 3 qualification as an early years educator and gained valuable experience caring for and supporting young children.

Becoming a mum has made me even more passionate about childcare, and I truly understand how important it is for parents to feel confident and comfortable with the person looking after their child.

I enjoy spending time singing, dancing, and being silly with the children, while providing engaging, fun, and creative activities that support their development and confidence all while making sure they’re always having fun.

I am very lucky to be located just a 10-minute walk from Weymouth Beach. Children can enjoy regular trips to the beach and local outings.

My aim is to create a warm, happy, home-from-home environment where children feel safe and free to explore, play, and learn at their own pace.

I will also be using a dedicated app to communicate with parents, providing live, up-to-date updates and photos so you can stay connected with your child throughout the day.

I am really excited to begin my journey as a childminder and look forward to welcoming little ones to my happy little setting.
