Ella is autistic and thrives best with calm support, clear communication and a consistent routine. I am looking for a caring and dependable childminder for our daughter Ella, aged 10, for before and after school care 0800 - 0830 and 1500 - 1700 Monday to Friday. This would include school drop-off and collection from Oaklands Primary School although Friday pickup may not always be required. Ella is autistic, so I would really value someone with SEN experience who understands the importance of routine, calm communication and a supportive environment. Someone patient, flexible and happy to work closely with us to meet Ella’s needs would be ideal.
