I believe that my diverse experience working with families from all walks of life, combined with my adaptable and compassionate nature. I bring genuine enthusiasm and empathetic presence and pay close attention to the things that matter most to families. My childcare experiences have given me a solid foundation in adapting to new environments and meeting children’s needs with flexibility and care.
What draws me to working in childcare is the opportunity to support families in a meaningful way whilst feeling apart of something family like. I am creating a sense of ease for parents while ensuring their children feel safe, valued and engaged. I believe my calm nature, adaptability and sincere care for children’s wellbeing allows me to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents.
My Experience
Over the past six years I have gained a wealth of experience supporting families with children aged four months to twelve years old in England, Canada and France.
I am responsive to each child’s unique personality and needs due to my excellent communicative skills whether it’s emotional, physical or verbal support. Navigating the excitement of a day out or offering comfort and routine back at home, I bring a thoughtful and supportive approach to every situation.
I have a balanced and empathetic approach to all that comes my way. Allowing the experience to be wholly beneficial when dealing with any normal day to day or possible challenging circumstance arise. I am committed to doing my best with any position that I take on. I work well alongside others and I am also competent to work alone or with minimal direction.
