Looking for a nanny with ++ experience in childcare for under 3year olds. Considering live-in/live-out/full-time/part-time applicants.
We are a British family of 4 who have been living in Australia for the past 3 years and returning to London (N5) in August/September 2026. Our children will be 1 years old (very easy going boy) and 2 years old (energetic but also very cuddly and caring girl). They were both born in Australia and had a nanny who has been like a member of our family. Moving back to the UK will be a big change so we are keen to find someone who can take on a similar role which has involved lots of outdoors activities, attendance at local playgroups, lots of reading/dancing/cuddles.
My Requirements
We are open to live-in or live-out. We have a 5 bedroom house with ample space for a live-in nanny or a part-time live-in nanny to save your commute time. You would have your own bathroom shared only with the children occasionally.
We are open to full or part time. Minimum 30hrs/week, maximum 50 hours/week. The first 4-6 weeks would consist of some sole charge care but a lot of “mother’s help” work as we settle back into London eg setting up our family home to now suit 2 children with safe play spaces and child bedrooms. For this reason a live-in role may be more suitable. From October we will both be working fulltime but looking into options for some part-time nursery eg half-days/2days a week.
