I’m a single mom. I’m American relocated to the UK for work, I’ve lived here for the last 4 years. My son was born here to 2 American parents. I currently work full time. I will be enrolling him in nursery beginning of April. So mom and Tuesday he will be at nursery, some days he does go to his grandmas house. He will be 2 in April . We live in Harborne currently.
My Requirements
My son is very bright for his age and has a real love for learning. He enjoys reading, singing, and counting. He can confidently count up to 10 and, on a good day, can go up to 15.
He thrives on routine. We are currently in the early stages of potty training, so he still wears nappies. He usually wakes up around 8:00 a.m. and has his breakfast. At around 12:00 p.m. he takes his nap, which typically lasts between 1–3 hours. He likes to have his bottle and his soft blanket to help him settle. When he wakes up, he has his lunch.
I normally finish work between 5:30–6:00 p.m. Overall, he is a very well-adjusted child. Singing to him will stop him crying almost every time—he especially loves the song “You Are My Sunshine.” He can be quite shy when meeting new people, but once he warms up, he is full of personality and always entertaining.
