My Experience

I have over 30 years of experience working with children, supporting them through the early stages of their development in a caring and nurturing environment. During this time I have cared for children of different ages, abilities and backgrounds, helping them grow in confidence and develop important life skills.

My experience has given me a strong understanding of how children learn and develop. I provide a wide range of activities that encourage learning through play, creativity, exploration and social interaction, all in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Over the years I have built strong relationships with many families, supporting not only the children in my care but also working closely with parents to ensure each child receives the best possible start in life. I take great pride in creating a warm, welcoming setting where children feel safe, happy and valued.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 3 NVQ in Childcare and have completed all of the relevant training required to provide high-quality childcare. I am fully Ofsted registered and keep my knowledge up to date by regularly completing refresher courses and additional training.

My qualifications and training include areas such as paediatric first aid, safeguarding and child protection, food hygiene, and health and safety, ensuring that the children in my care are always in a safe and well-supported environment.

I am committed to continuing my professional development so that I can provide the best possible care and learning experiences for the children and families I work with.
