My Experience

I have extensive experience caring for children across a range of ages, from infants to preschoolers, both in nursery settings and through private babysitting. Currently, I work as a Nursery Practitioner at KIDO in Greenwich, where I provide full-time care for children aged 0–5. In this role, I act as a key person for several children, planning and implementing daily routines, meals, naps, and play-based learning activities. I support children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development, encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour, while maintaining a safe, hygienic environment.

In addition to my nursery work, I have experience providing one-to-one care in private babysitting roles. I have cared for children from toddlers to early primary age, supervising daily routines, preparing meals, facilitating educational and creative activities, supporting bedtime, and ensuring safe outdoor play. I build trusting relationships with both children and parents, communicating regularly about activities, wellbeing, and development.

My approach to childcare is energetic, fun, and nurturing. I love getting down to a child’s level, engaging in play and learning, and encouraging routines that foster growth and confidence. I am committed to creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where children feel valued and enjoy their time.

My Availability

I am available for almost every day throughout the year and am ideally looking for a long term role. The only regular time I am unavailable is on Fridays between 12:45pm and 2:45pm.

Additionally, there are a few specific dates when I am unable to work:
• 1st January
• 14th February
• 28th–30th September
• 13th–15th October
• 7th–9th December
• 24th–26th December
• 31st December

Outside of these times, I am happy to work flexibly across all days, providing reliable and consistent childcare.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £17.00 per hour (gross)

Babysitting: £15 per hour
Nannying: £17 per hour

My nannying rate is slightly higher as this role involves a greater level of responsibility and consistency compared to occasional babysitting. Nannying typically includes regular weekly care, supporting children’s routines, planning activities, preparing meals, and providing more structured childcare within the family’s home.

Babysitting is usually shorter, occasional care such as evenings or one-off bookings, often focused on supervision, playtime, and bedtime routines.

I always aim to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, whether I am supporting families through regular nanny work or occasional babysitting.
