My Requirements

Im looking for a childminder for my 2 year old, she is very lively and loves everyone, she loves singing, dancing and going for walks, she loves our animals (we have a cat called Hades and a little dauchshund called sunny or as she calls him, sunny sun suns) a long with our fish who she says good morning too every day without fail, around new people she is very shy and nervous and tends to be very quiet until she gets to know you in which she is an absolute character, she is very loving and always shares and cuddles her little brother, im looking for a childminder who is patient and kind and loves being outside, I would rather start her with a childminder than a nursery due to her nature around new people, she gets very overstimulated with lots of people and she will shy away with too much stimulation but when she is comfortable she will come out of her shell and show her the real her. Im looking to start her on a few hours each day that I will pay for before starting her properly in April so she will have a while to settle into you. Im hoping for someone who can provide 3-4 hours a day, 2 days a week to start then 3 days a week after, preferably 7.30/8am until 11.30am/12pm as she does still have a nap with her brother as she is constantly on the go.
