We are a friendly and professional family based in Brighton (BN2).
We are expecting twin girls in May and have an older daughter who will be four years old in September. She attends nursery.
We are beginning our search early as we would like to find the right long-term nanny for our family ahead of a September 2026 start.
Our home is warm, organised and relaxed, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working with young children and supporting their development in a calm and positive environment.
We would love to find a nanny who enjoys working with babies and who would like to build a long-term relationship with our family as the children grow.
My Requirements
We are looking for a kind, reliable and experienced nanny to care primarily for our twin babies, who will be around four months old when the role begins.
Our older daughter, who is 3.5yrs currently will be at nursery Monday to Thursday.
The role will involve:
• Caring for the twins and supporting their feeding and sleep routines
• Planning engaging activities and developmental play
• Helping establish calm and consistent daily routines
• Preparing simple meals for the children
The role will be 4 full days per week, with the specific days flexible and agreed with the right candidate.
Experience caring for babies is essential, and experience with twins or multiple young children would be very welcome but is not essential.
The position will be a fully employed role (PAYE) with paid holiday.
Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience, reflecting the responsibilities of caring for twin babies.
