My Requirements

I am just starting to explore the options of some help at home with my soon to be 3YO and newborn due in May.
My partner will be posted away for 6 months from February next year and I would like to get organized to have a regular 1 or 2 evenings/ week help with tea/bath/bed and possibly a few days time hours in the week to take the 3YO out, and the option to consider adding a possible weekend babysitting request.
Of course, I would love to meet someone prior to next year so that we can start to build a bond and get some routine in place already. This might look like some day hours in the week, adhoc babysitting, adhoc evening help with tea/bath/bed when my partner is away.
My daughter has coeliac disease which is managed with a strict gluten free diet, but I can support you with that!
