About Me
Seeking a registered child minder for baby who will be 11 months old in September 2026. We can be flexible on days due to working an evening rota in my job and partner working core 9-5 hours from home mon-fri.
My Requirements
A safe and positive environment that focuses on gentle parenting values (not permissive or authoritative) and focuses not on screen stimulation for children. Clear open communication between parents and childminder that can build trust and collaboration together on the best way to shape childcare for our daughter. Non smoking home is key and a ratio for childminder to children of under 3:1 when having our baby in their care. Must be infant cpr certified and ideally have early years qualifications and advanced DBS checked.
