My Requirements
We are looking for a calm, experienced, capable nanny/family support person to help bring structure and routine to our home Monday to Thursday, 3pm–8pm.
We have four children aged 14, 12, 10 and 8.
Our 10-year-old has significant behavioural challenges and can be extremely oppositional, so experience with challenging behaviour / ODD / SEN is essential.
This role is not simply childcare — we need someone confident who can help establish routine, support homework, meals, bedtime preparation, and maintain calm boundaries in a busy household.
The right person will be:
experienced with strong behaviour management
calm but firm
highly organised
able to implement routines consistently
confident managing multiple children
Ideally background in nannying, SEN support, teaching assistant work, or family support.
Driver preferred.
