Looking For Live-In Nanny Or Nanny Housekeeper For 15 Month Baby In Nw8
About Me
We are a family of three (husband wife & baby) looking for an experienced, warm nanny or nanny housekeeper with excellent English. We treat the people that work for us as part of the family. My husband loves to travel. I have recently started working three days a week. We have just started renovating our flat and are moving into a 3 bedroom in the same area (NW8) until the work is complete. We are not fully baby led or parent led - in between. The schedule is there to help the baby regulate himself and know his needs will be met. We are bed sharing. Discipline and manners are becoming more important now e.g. I am gently teaching him not to throw food.
My Requirements
- Must have right to work in the UK (ILR or passport)
- Must enjoy cooking. My child has allergies (dairy, wheat, soy, fish) so we do a lot of cooking in the house.
- Excellent English & polite
- Non smoker
- Punctual, reliable and able to provide references from last two jobs
- Live in job Monday to Friday 7.30am to 7.30pm with a 1hr break
- Must be happy to babysit at least two nights a week. One night must be a Friday or Saturday.
- No guests/ visitors at the home
- Past experience with sole charge and taking children by bus
- Montessori or nursery experience would be ideal. If you can do learning/ development-based play with children this is a big bonus for us, but not essential.
- Looking for either nanny or nanny housekeeper as I have met many nanny housekeepers who are excellent with children!
- We have had past issues with nannies coming home after too many drinks, showing up late in the morning, going off in the evening promising to come back at 11pm and not returning till 3am etc.. This has been stressful for us, as we rely on childcare in order to do our jobs so please do not apply if these are things you may do.
- £650-700 p/w on payroll
