We are a one child family based in North London. We’re looking for a caring, reliable, and organised nanny to support us with daily nursery drop offs and pick ups, as well as after school care. Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00am-9:00am & 3:00pm-6:00pm. (4 hours a day x 4 times a week=16 hours a week)
Contract: 12-month role
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced nanny who can create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our child. Responsibilities include:
• Morning support: arriving at our home at 8am and completing the nursery drop off for 9am
• Afternoon care: collecting our child at 3pm and providing sole care until 6pm
• Engaging our child in age appropriate, stimulating activities
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks (menus, recipes, and shopping provided by us)
• Supporting daily routines and structure
• Light household duties related to our child (e.g. tidying play areas, meal prep)
• Flexibility and availability for full-day childcare during school holidays, likely:
• 5 days in October
• 5 days in December
• 5 days in February
• 5 days in April
• 20 days in July/August
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous nanny or childcare experience
• A warm, calm, and patient approach
• Creative & energetic with a passion for working with children
• Strong communication skills
• A proactive, organised and reliable style
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
