Hi! I’m a young professional based in HU9/city centre currently working in marketing, with a long-standing passion for working with children. I’ve been involved in childcare in various roles since I was a teenager, which has given me valuable experience supporting children of different ages and personalities.
I have a strong interest in child development and enjoy creating a positive, engaging environment where children can learn, play, and feel comfortable. I also understand how busy family life can be, so I’m always happy to help make parents’ lives a little easier.
I am happy to get involved in anything to make your lives easier I enjoy cooking, keeping things tidy and organised, and most of all spending time playing and interacting with children in fun and creative ways.
My Experience
I have been babysitting since the age of 14, caring for children of different ages and helping families with evening and weekend childcare.
I have also worked at children’s soft play centres, where I helped supervise play areas, organised activities, and ensured children had a fun and safe environment to enjoy.
In addition, I worked at Clarks Kids, where I regularly assisted families and interacted with children while fitting shoes and making the experience enjoyable for them.
I have also gained experience working in a school environment at Cottingham High School / Consortium Academy Trust, supporting staff and working around children in an educational setting. As well as volunteering as a Scouting leader with St Cuthberts.
