About Me
We are a warm and caring family of three, looking for a childminder for our baby boy in September when we return to work. Both my husband and I are multilingual and teaching our son French. We enjoy travelling and providing our son with new experiences to widen his world view and spark his imagination. We have attended several sensory and music classes with our baby and will soon introduce him to swimming classes. We believe in learning through play and do not intend on introducing iPads or other app devices to our son. It’s important to us to develop his interpersonal and communication skills.
My Requirements
Our baby boy will be 8 months in September, and already beginning to explore the world, so we are looking for a childminder who enjoys engaging with babies through play, conversation, and age-appropriate activities that support early development.
Safety is also a big priority for us. We want our son to have a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where he will feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for.
Ideally, we are hoping to find a caring and patient person who treats the children they look after with kindness and warmth, almost like an extension of the family. Good communication is also very important to us, we appreciate regular updates about our baby’s day, routines, and milestones.
In terms of logistics, we are looking for childcare Tuesday to Thursday approximately from 8:30am to 5:30pm. We are happy to discuss flexibility around timings if needed, as it’s important to us to find the right person.
