About Me
We are a warm and friendly family based in Hersham. I work in banking and my wife, Jolene, is a KS1 special needs teacher.
We welcomed our daughter, Mila, to the world in November 2024, and she is a happy and curious little person. We also have a cheeky 5-year-old Staffordshire Terrier named Cody, who is very much part of the family.
My Requirements
We are looking for a childminder who is warm, reliable, and experienced, with a balanced approach to care. Someone who is firm when needed but fair and nurturing, providing structure while also allowing our daughter to grow into her own personality.
It is important to us that Mila is in an environment where she feels safe, supported, and encouraged to explore, learn, and develop at her own pace. We would value someone who promotes positive behaviour, good routines, and open communication.
We are looking at a start date of around the 1st June, as well as a minder that accepts funded childcare (for an under 2 year old). Ideally, our preferred times would be 7:30am - 18:00, but can be a bit flexible on the drop off if needed.
