I’m looking for a special person….

Hi everyone, I’m exploring an alternative approach to learning for my 12-year-old son and am looking for the right person to support him at home.

He will be enrolled in an online school, so lessons will be delivered by qualified teachers. We’re looking for someone to provide day-to-day support, helping him stay engaged, organised and confident in his learning.

This would be a 4 days per week role (9am–4/5pm) term time only, creating a calm, structured and encouraging environment where learning feels positive and manageable.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is patient, calm and emotionally intelligent

• Can support online learning and independent study

• Understands confidence building and gentle structure

• Is happy working independently in a home setting

• Drives and has their own car (for local activities/clubs)

Based near Ashford, Kent. References and enhanced DBS required. Flexible start date over the next 6 months.
