My Experience

I have experience working with children in different settings. I completed work experience at a kindergarten, where I learned how to support and engage young children. I have also looked after my friends’ child and taken care of my younger sister, which has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and the ability to connect with kids in a caring and supportive way.

My Qualifications

I have achieved the NCFE CACHE Level 1 Diploma in Introduction to Health, Social Care, and Children’s and Young People’s Settings. This qualification has provided me with a solid foundation in health and social care, covering both adults and children. It has equipped me with knowledge and skills in a variety of key areas, including:
• Understanding the range of services and roles within health and social care, early years, and childcare.
• Awareness of person-centred support and the principles and values of health and social care.
• Understanding equality, inclusion, protection, and safeguarding in health and social care settings.
• Introduction to communication, health and safety, and the importance of mental and physical well-being.
• Knowledge of human growth and development, the physical care of babies and young children, and supporting children’s development through play.
• Awareness of healthy lifestyles and potential job opportunities in the health and social care sector.

This qualification has prepared me to work confidently in a care setting, supporting individuals of all ages while promoting safety, well-being, and inclusion.

My Availability

I am available Monday to Friday, except on Wednesdays before 4:30 PM, and I am not available on weekends.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.50 per hour

My babysitting fees are £13.50 per hour for one child. I can also provide light meal preparation and help with homework if needed.
