My Requirements
I’m looking for a babysitter for my little boy, Ethan (under 5), who is autistic, supsected ADHD, very sensory seeking and hyper mobile.
Ethan is a lovely, energetic little boy but requires constant 1:1 supervision to keep him safe.
Key needs:
• 1:1 supervision at all times (he has no awareness of danger and may bolt or climb)
• Support with communication (simple language)
• Understanding of autism and sensory needs
• Support with emotional regulation (he can become overwhelmed and need calming support)
• Help with basic routines (toileting, dressing, transitions between activities)
Ethan thrives in a calm, structured environment with someone patient, consistent, and experienced (or confident) with additional needs.
Ideally looking for someone who:
• Has experience with SEN/autism
• Can provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment
• Is reliable and able to build a consistent relationship with him
