My Experience
I babysat regularly for two years for a local family, caring for their children and supporting with their evening routines, which helped me build confidence, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility. Alongside this, I have always helped look after younger cousins and family friends’ children, so I am very comfortable caring for babies and young children calmly and attentively.
My Qualifications
I am currently studying Costume at Arts University Bournemouth, where I have developed strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail. Alongside my studies, I have two years of regular babysitting experience caring for children in my local area, as well as ongoing experience looking after younger family members and family friends’ children, including babies.
Through this, I have built confidence in managing routines, keeping children safe and engaged, and responding calmly to different situations. I am happy to complete first aid training and a DBS check if needed.
My Availability
My university course is extremely flexible so I am available most days and am able to switch my working days around. I am available all evenings and weekends.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
Negotiable, I understand I am not highly experienced and am happy for that to reflect in the pay.
