My Experience

I have several years of experience working with children in a variety of settings, which has given me a broad and valuable understanding of childcare. I began my journey working with a childminder, where I gained hands-on experience and completed my Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification before COVID. This experience gave me a solid foundation in supporting children’s development, planning activities, and creating a safe and nurturing environment.

Since then, I have worked in multiple nurseries, which allowed me to further develop my skills and knowledge. I learned how to adapt to different age groups, support children’s individual needs, and work as part of a team to create engaging and educational experiences.

Currently, I work as a childminder’s assistant, where I continue to build on this experience by helping care for children in a home setting. Along the way, I have learned the importance of patience, communication, and creating a fun and supportive environment for children to learn and thrive. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children, helping them explore, learn, and grow, and I take pride in providing reliable and loving care.
