About Me
Hi, I’m a mum to a lovely 8-month-old baby, and we’re based in Oxford. I currently work from home, so I’m around during the day, but I’m looking for some extra support to help balance work and caring for my little one.
We’re a calm, friendly household and looking for someone who will feel like a natural fit with us. My baby is curious, playful, and at a fun stage of exploring the world, so I’d love someone who enjoys engaging with babies, playing, and supporting their development.
I’m quite hands-on as a parent, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable working alongside me in the home. Ideally, you’re warm, patient, and genuinely enjoy spending time with little ones.
Reliability and a positive attitude are really important to me, and I’d love to build a good relationship with someone who can become a consistent and trusted part of our routine.
My Requirements
I am looking for a kind, reliable, and experienced part-time nanny to care for my 8-month-old baby in our home while I work from home.
Hours & Days
• 3 days per week
• Ideally Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
• Approx. 3 hours each afternoon (timing can be discussed)
What I’m Looking For
I’m hoping to find someone who is:
• Experienced with infants (under 1 year)
• Warm, attentive, and nurturing
• Happy to engage in age-appropriate play and support development
• Comfortable working in a home where a parent is present
Duties
• Caring for my baby during the set hours
• Playing, interacting, and supporting development
• Feeding (if needed) and general baby care
• Light tidying related to the baby
Additional Info
I will be working from home during this time, so I’ll be nearby if needed. We’re looking for someone who can become a trusted and consistent presence for our child.
