My Requirements

**What we're looking for**
Support 2–4 days per week, with some flexibility around occasional evenings (date nights) and the odd weekend. Days and frequency are negotiable for the right person.

**The role**
Primary focus is the baby — settling, carrying, covering feeds where mum has expressed, and holding the fort so mum can work. Secondary support for the toddler on nursery pick-ups, after-nursery activities, and winding down the day. We'd also welcome help keeping the household ticking over: children's laundry, tidying play areas, preparing simple meals for the children, and light general tidying during nap times. Nothing beyond what's reasonable (we're not looking for a housekeeper.. well actually we are but we don't expect that) but if you're the type who notices the dishwasher needs unloading and just does it, you'll fit right in. Comfortable working alongside parents in the home without needing direction.

**You**
- Experienced with newborns, ideally including breastfed babies
- Comfortable with a baby-wearing approach if needed
- Self-directed and calm — able to work independently without the parents being available
- Driving licence probably essential
- Paediatric first aid certificate preferred.
