Subject: Urgent Childcare Inquiry: Full-Time Placement for 3 Children (Ages 4, 2, and 1)
Dear Admissions Team,
I am writing to inquire about full-time childcare placements for my three sons starting as soon as possible. My partner works full-time in Oxshott (KT22 0RX), and I am preparing to restart full-time work and begin my HGV driving lessons.
We are looking for a provider that can accommodate early morning and evening sessions, Monday to Friday.
Our children’s details:
Atharva (4 years, 6 months): He has an EHCP and previously attended Polesden Lacey. We need a setting experienced in supporting children with additional needs.
Mithun (2 years, 6 months): Eligible for 30 hours funding.
Sharvin (1 year, 2 months): Requires a full-time nursery place.
Funding & Payment:
We are eligible for 30 hours of government funding and will be using Universal Credit to cover 85% of the remaining costs. We are prepared to cover the balance ourselves.
Could you please let me know:
Do you have space for all three children for early morning and evening sessions?
What are your specific drop-off and pick-up times?
Could you provide a breakdown of the monthly costs after the 30-hour funding is applied?
Do you have experience working with children who have an EHCP?
