My Experience

Alternative Provision: I currently work with children who have been excluded from or are unable to access mainstream education. This role requires high-level expertise in de-escalation, emotional regulation, and a tailored curriculum delivery for students with complex SEMH needs.
10 Years as an LSA: I spent a decade working as an LSA with inner city childten in London. This gave me deep, practical experience in supporting students with EHCPs, Dyslexia, Autism, EAL and ADHD. I understand the specific needs of neurodivergent learners and how to adapt my teaching style to meet their needs.
International Teaching: I spent two years teaching English in China. This experience gave me a lot of patience and taught me to think outside the box when working with young people.
