About Me
Hello! I’m a 41-year-old mum living in Worthing. I have a wonderful 2½-year-old son, Remy. My partner and I speak different languages at home — I speak German, he speaks Dutch, and we speak English between us. We’ve been living in Worthing for five years.
I’m currently a stay-at-home mum, and my partner runs his own business. I’m looking for a childminder who can support my son in gradually spending some time away from me, ideally for a few mornings a week. He’s a very active and energetic boy, but also sensitive, and I feel that a nursery environment might be too overwhelming for him at this stage.
We’re looking for someone patient, flexible, and able to provide a warm, supportive environment where he can feel safe while starting to develop independence.
My Requirements
I’m looking for a childminder for my 2½-year-old son, Remy. He’s very active and loves running, jumping, riding his bike, and being outdoors — physical activity and play are very important for him.
Remy is sensitive and hasn’t been away from me for long periods, so we’re looking for a patient, personal approach where he can feel safe while gradually getting used to being away from me. We’d also love some opportunities for interaction with other children and occasional outings to the park or forest school.
