I am a working mum, trying (and often failing!) to balance the most important job, my child, with the job that pays my bills!
My Requirements
I have a lovely, albeit sassy, 2 year old (April 2024) daughter, currently attending Nursery in London. I am looking to move her to a setting closer to home and am exploring child minders as I haven't found a nursery that I really "clicked" with. I would love to find someone who is truly passionate about supporting children and enriching them. At home, we try to eat a homemade diet most of the time and reduce screen time as much as possible (with the understanding sometimes...you just need a break!), so these are factors that are very important to me. I would also love for outings to the park etc. to be part of her routine, just to ensure she is getting some fresh air!
I go to the office on Monday/Wednesday so unfortunately these days are fixed for me, but I can be flexible on the other days as I WFH but mainly in the morning. I would really love to see a meaningful bond between Sofia and her childminder, and someone who becomes more like family, rather than institutional care.
