Hi, my name is Caitlyn! I have worked in childcare for 5 years and currently work as a Baby Room Manager in a nursery, caring for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Through this role I have gained a lot of experience supporting children’s development, creating routines, and providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive. I have also babysat for children who attended my nursery outside of work hours, which has helped me build strong and trusting relationships with both children and their families.
I love working with children and supporting them as they learn and develop. I enjoy ,being outdoors, and planning fun age-appropriate activities that help children build confidence and develop new skills through play and more!
I am now looking to move into nannying, as I would love to continue working in childcare but in a more personal setting where I can provide one-to-one care and really support a child’s development.

- Nannying from £16.00 per hour (gross)
My hourly rate is £15-£17 per hour, depending on the role, hours, and number of children. Babysitting rates may vary slightly depending on the time and location. I’m happy to discuss fees further with families to find something that works for everyone.
