About Me
We are a professional family with a wonderful 13-month-old daughter and a friendly, gentle white Golden Retriever. We live in a multi-level family home in the beautiful Bedford Park area of Chiswick (W4), less than a 10-minute walk from Turnham Green station.
Both of us work from home in dedicated office spaces. We are looking for an experienced, proactive and structured nanny to join our family team and provide an enriching environment for our daughter during an important developmental window.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone to start full-time in July or August
- Work From Home dynamics: Both parents work full-time from home, but we work out of dedicated office spaces on completely separate floors, staying entirely out of the way to let you lead and establish your own routine. We intentionally structure our day to minimize disrupting Celine; from experience, we know toddlers can get frustrated if parents linger, so we practice very quick, firm goodbyes. Furthermore, as she transitions to a one-nap schedule, we handle our own kitchen and lunch prep while she is sleeping so we do limit the amount of time we cross paths in the living spaces while she is awake.
- Activities & development: We value outdoor play, local playgroups, and child-led development. We highly welcome candidates with Montessori experience or an understanding of early toddler milestones.
- Household policies: We maintain a strict zero-screen-time policy and a no-artificial-sugars policy for our daughter. We also appreciate a mindful approach to mobile phone use during working hours.
- Rate: Competitive up to £18 gross per hour.
- Payroll: Fully legal contract handled via a standard nanny payroll service (covering all tax, National Insurance, and standard contributions).
- Notice Period: Standard 4-week notice period.
